AlfaMedial is committed to ensuring the accessibility of its website Form.com.pl in accordance with the provisions of the Act on Digital Accessibility of Websites and Mobile Applications (Journal of Laws 2019, item 848) and Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council.
